HPTS5201 - Psychodiagnostics II
Overview
Psychodiagnostics II provides an in-depth exploration of projective and performance-based personality assessment techniques. Building on foundational knowledge from Psychodiagnostics I, students will learn to administer, score, and interpret graphic tests (BAUM, DAP, HTP), thematic tests (CAT, TAT), the Wartegg Drawing Test (WZT), the Rorschach Inkblot Test (Exner Comprehensive System), the Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS), and the Pauli Test (Kraepelin). Emphasis is placed on integrating data from multiple sources (tests, interviews, behavioral observations) into a cohesive psychological profile and producing professional, ethical psychological reports. The course also addresses ethical issues specific to projective testing, including test security, cultural considerations, and the responsible use of interpretive hypotheses.
